Cuhaci & Peterson Architects Engineers Planners, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, recently completed the design of seven major commercial projects that total more than 200,000 square feet, including remodeling of the Sports Authority facility at Lakeland Square Mall in Lakeland and a Publix Supermarket in Port Orange.

NAI Realvest recently negotiated the sale of a three-acre development site on the west side of Winding Hollow Boulevard just south of State Road 434 in Winter Springs. Paul P. Partyka, managing partner at NAI Realvest, negotiated the transaction representing the seller, Wintersprings Land LTD based in Maitland. The buyer, Altamonte Springs-based Florida Trust Administration LLC, will develop a professional office facility on the site at the entrance of the Winding Hollow subdivision.

Hanover Land Company, a residential property developer based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, reports it acquired 1,184 residential home sites in 2012. Bill Orosz, managing director for Hanover Land Company, said the assets are expected to generate in excess of $60 million in revenue as the lots are resold to other builders in Central Florida.
