The Winter Park Chamber of Commerce has won a Get Active Orlando Healthy Workplace Award. Every Friday the team at the chamber can wear sneakers through its "Sneaker Day" policy, and they take a 30-minute walk together making Friday afternoons more energized and productive, ultimately creating happier Fridays. They’ve also added a weekly complimentary staff yoga class to their wellness program. Every Wednesday they shut down the computers at 4:30 p.m., get changed and meet downstairs for a total well-being work out.

Colling has more than 23 years of banking experience in the Orlando area.
