The Florida Hospital has renewed its focus on women’s health services by announcing the Winter Park Women’s Health Pavilion. The Women’s Health Pavilion will be a two-story building opening in fall of 2013. It will be a comprehensive one-stop boutique center for women’s health and wellness and also offer a variety of medical services.

Chef-owner John Rivers of 4 Rivers Smokehouse has announced the expansion of the 4R brand into the North Florida market with a 5,050-square-foot smokehouse located in the Butler Plaza at 3262 Southwest Archer Road, Gainesville. The space, which will seat 125 guests, is currently occupied by McAlister’s Deli, but is slated to be taken over by 4 Rivers Smokehouse on March 1 to open by June of 2013.

Easter Seals Florida, the Orlando-based non-profit organization that provides exceptional services to children, adults and veterans with disabilities and special needs, has announced that Melixa Carbonell is the new director of development for the non-profit.

Winston James Development recently negotiated a new lease agreement at Aloma Commerce Center in Winter Park. Winston Schwartz, president of Winston James Development, said Christina Wong leased 938 square feet at Aloma Commerce Center to establish a service and maintenance facility for cellular phones.

Emerson International recently closed on two lease agreements totaling 3,372 square feet of office space at Louisiana Office Park, 1133 and 1155 Louisiana Ave. in Winter Park.
