The Sea Salt Caramel Cupcake created by Peterbrooke Chocolatier of Winter Park and The Yum Yum Truck won “Best Cupcake” at the Festival of Chocolate held at the UCF Arena in April.

John Craig Clothiers announces the appointment of Blair DeLongy to Vice President of Retail Operations. She will now be in charge of operations for John Craig stores in Winter Park, Orlando and Naples as well as Current in Winter Park and Peter Millar, also in Winter Park.

David Richard has been named the dean of the Hamilton Holt School at Rollins College.
 Richard, a distinguished faculty member in the psychology department, is a clinical psychologist and cognitive-behavior therapist.

Doug Palmer, a retired Shareholder at Moore Stephens Lovelace, has been elected to serve on the Rollins College Hamilton Holt School Board of Advisors.

The city of Winter Park’s Purchasing Division has been chosen to receive the Award of Excellence in Public Procurement. Winter Park is one of only 10 agencies to receive the award in the state of Florida.
