“Whose Story Is It?: From Page to Stage” will feature playwright Arlene Hutton at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5 at the Annie Russell Theatre at Rollins College. She will discuss the creative process of evolving text to script as it relates to her latest work, “Letters to Sala”, an adaptation from Ann Kirschner’s book “Sala’s Gift: My Mother’s Holocaust Story”. The Ivanhoe Village Main Street & the Arts Hub Florida present The Art Stroll of Ivanhoe Village from 6-9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 7. This event will be on Orange Avenue, between Princeton and New Hampshire avenues. It is free and open to the public.

Vocalist and comedian Heather Alexander performs her first solo cabaret, “I Was Born to Entertain”, as part of the popular Winter Park Playhouse Spotlight Cabaret Series Friday, Jan. 7, at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 8, at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets include one drink from the bar.
