Join the swim team

The Stone Crabs Swim Team is a year-round USA Swimming program that has been providing swimming opportunities to children in Central Florida since 1991. Spring registration opens for all interested swimmers on Monday, April 28, at the Winter Park High School pool. No swim team experience is necessary to join the program, and it teaches all the competitive strokes – freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Swim team members must be comfortable in the water. The team also provides a swimming development program to teach children how to swim. A PreTeam program is available to children who need to acquire additional skills before joining the team. And there’s also a "learn to swim" lesson program.
