Girls Night Out raise $1,000

Sandy Bonus Fine Arts helped raise more than $1,000 for at-risk kids who attend Dommerich Elementary School thanks to a Girls Night Out event Dec. 17 at Swoope Studios in Maitland. The event was started by Alison Mosely and Sandy Bonus to help homeless children after Mosley learned students had been living in cars. The event, which began in 2011, has helped raise thousands of dollars to help poor families of those students. All of the money donated goes directly to help them, to pay for food, clothes, and necessities, with the help of the school homeless coordinator at Dommerich.
