Casual conversation with Congressman Webster

A West Orange Chamber committee heard a report of the 118th Congress, shared concerns and asked questions last week.

The West Orange Chamber’s Economic and Governmental Advocacy Committee welcomed U.S. Congressman Daniel Webster to the chamber for a casual conversation to meet with business and community leaders. During this informal meeting, Congressman Webster shared the priorities of the 118th Congress and addressed questions from the group.

“We are thrilled Congressman Webster was able to join us today to provide his insight and listen to concerns raised by members of our business community,” said Stephen Lewis, president and CEO of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce. “Active participation from our chamber members underscores the commitment of our business leaders to keeping West Orange County a viable place to live, work, and play.”

The West Orange Political Alliance is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization formed in December 1997 to provide an active political voice in the interests of West Orange County. WOPA is governed by a set of by-laws approved by Florida’s Division of Elections. The West Orange community continues to grow and evolve every day. The West Orange Chamber is dedicated to showcasing the integrity and professional interests of its members.
