Artists take home wins at Windermere show

The ninth annual Windermere Fine Art Show featured the creativity of more than 100 artists.

Three categories of artists took home wins at the annual Windermere Fine Art Show held Saturday, March 9, and Sunday, March 10, in downtown Windermere.

The ninth annual show, hosted by Anne Scharer, Windermere arts chair, featured the creativity of 80 adult artists and 35 young adult artists under the age of 18. 

The adult artist winners are: Tim Edwards, best in show; Antwan Ramar, first place; Taymon Boring Smith, second place; and Julie Latayan, third place.

The young adult artist winners are: Lilly Suter, best in show; Aliya Asfour, first place; Brianna Valois, second place; and Judy Jim, third place. 

The performing artist winners are: The White Swan Academy, first place; Nicole Hu, second place; and Abby Pierce, third place.
