VFW begins May veterans drive

The auxiliary of West Orange VFW Post 4305 has started its May veterans drive for veterans in domiciliary care and is looking for items to stock their pantries and closets.

Needed are non-perishable food items, as well as postpartum care essentials, male and female hygiene products, and the following clothing items: men’s shoes sizes 8 to 12, men’s jeans, men’s boxers and briefs, men’s shirts and maternity wear.

Dropoff locations are Post 4305, 1170 E. Plant St., Winter Garden; Crooked Can Brewing Company, 426 W. Plant St, Winter Garden; and Texas Roadhouse, 1150 Blackwood Ave., Ocoee.
