WINDERMERE To celebrate Fresh Express' new headquarters in Windermere, Gov. Rick Scott will make an appearance to champion the company's new jobs in the Sunshine State.

Scott will speak at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 12, at Fresh Express Inc., 4757 The Grove Drive, Suite 260, Windermere.

Fresh Express is the fresh produce and salad division of Chiquita, which also moved its banana division to South Florida last year. The move put the company closer to Walt Disney World, one of its largest customers.
