The Ocoee Police Department is in search of a teenage girl last seen within the city limits.

Chandani Umrau has been missing since Monday, Sept. 23, and has been classified as an "endangered runaway."

The missing child is 5 feet tall and around 200 pounds. She's white with black hair and brown eyes, and was believed to have left her Ocoee apartment complex in a vehicle, according to the Ocoee Police Department.

In a Facebook post, the Ocoee Police Department noted that "it is a violation of Florida State Statute 985.731 to shelter a runaway for more than 24 hours without the consent of the minor’s parent or guardian or without notifying a law enforcement officer of the minor’s name and the fact that the minor is being provided shelter."
