barre54, Orlando’s first fitness studio dedicated to the barre workout technique, is scheduled to open a second location in southwest Orlando this month. The studio debuted in Winter Park’s Hannibal Square in May 2011.

This year’s I.K.A. Prize honoree is Pastor Mitchell Dawkins of The New Warner Chapel Primitive Baptist Church in west Winter Park. The $2,000 I.K.A. Prize is to be used by Pastor Dawkins for the betterment of his parish and to inspire others to underwrite various New Warner Chapel initiatives in the future.

Emerson International Inc. recently negotiated six commercial lease agreements that total more than 10,300 square feet of office space. The new tenants include: Central de Alabanza Y Restauracion Inc. with 4,000 square feet leased; Debit Mediators, LLC, with 2,200 square feet; Rockin’ Nutrition that leased 958 square feet at CenterPointe Office Park in Altamonte Springs; and Maxine Carr ED. D., P.A. leased 493 square feet at 1177 Louisiana Ave. at Louisiana Office Park in Winter Park.

Former G.O.P. state Sen. Lee Constantine has been named president of the U.S. Green Chamber of Commerce’s Southeast region.

The Central Florida Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure awarded a $50,000 grant to Ribbon Riders Inc. for financial assistance for patients with breast cancer. At Ribbon Riders the grant will help breast cancer patients with immediate needs by providing direct financial aid.

Nancy C. Young has joined Right Management Florida/Caribbean as vice president of client services, based at the talent and career management firm’s Orlando office.
