STUFF THE POLICE CAR

10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, at Wal-Mart, 10500 W. Colonial Drive, Ocoee. The Ocoee Police Department is holding the annual toy drive event to benefit the Toys for Kids in Need program. GARDEN CHOIR WINTER CONCERT: HOPE, LIGHT, LOVE

NEHRLING GARDENS AMARYLLIS FESTIVAL

9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, at Nehrling Gardens, 2267 Hempel Ave., Gotha.

The 6th annual nature-themed community event will feature a variety of amaryllis bulbs for purchase, family photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, live music, nature-themed vendors, food, a gift shop, silent auction and eco-activities for children. HOLIDAY CRAFTING AND TREE-TRIMMING PARTY

Noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, at 13790 Bridgewater Crossings Blvd., #1080, Windermere. Help decorate the community Christmas tree. Children can enjoy a special surprise, cookies and hot cocoa, a holiday scavenger hunt and ornament-decorating. BOAR'S HEAD PAGEANT

7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, and 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 10, at Oakland Presbyterian Church, 218 E. Oakland Ave. A Medieval celebration of the birth of Christ, this musical production tells the story of Jesus’s birth using the time-period pageantry of the mid-14th century. Pageantry features musical performers, traditional songs and elaborate period costumes and includes a worship service. The feast will include many traditional foods such as plum pudding, mince pie and a boar's head. Reserved seats are available for a $10 donation. 7TH ANNUAL METROWEST WINTERFEST

The MetroWest Master Association is holding its seventh annual event with fun for the whole family. “Shrek the Halls” will be shown on the big screen on the golf green, and children can ride a donkey and slide down a Shrek slide. CANCER SUPPORT GROUP

This support group is for cancer fighters, survivors, caregivers, spouses and partners. Meetings include a time of sharing, spiritual and emotional support and a different topic each month related to challenges associated with cancer. WINTER GARDEN CHRISTMAS GOLF CART PARADE

4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17, along the historic streets of Winter Garden. Lineup starts at Bradford Park, 220 W. Division St. Neighbors can enjoy the parade from their front porch. The golf carts will travel along cart-approved streets and end at Walker Field baseball fields at Smith Street and Park Avenue. Participants should bring a minimum $50 donation (per cart), cash or check, for Edgewood Children’s Ranch.
