Voters nationwide will head to the polls Nov. 3 for the presidential election, but Orange County voters also will have the opportunity to elect candidates for various local offices. This week, the West Orange Times & Observer and Southwest Orange Observer highlight the two candidates running for Florida State Senator District 11 — incumbent Randolph Bracy and challenger Joshua Eli Adams.
