Carolyn Cooper and Todd Weaver to be sworn in as Winter Park city commissioners

The city of Winter Park will welcome a familiar face and a new one to the City Commission this afternoon.

Carolyn Cooper and Todd Weaver will be sworn in at the start of Monday's Winter Park City Commission meeting.

Cooper returns to her seat after running unopposed, while Weaver comes to the City Commission after defeating incumbent Pete Weldon in an election earlier this month.

Weaver captured 3,207 votes (52.33%) compared to Weldon’s 2,922 votes (47.67%), according to results from the Orange County Supervisor of Elections.
