City of Winter Garden to celebrate #CityHallSelfie Day

Grab those smart phones, Winter Garden. On Aug. 15, the city will participate in #CityHallSelfie Day – an annual worldwide celebration of local government service. 

Residents are encouraged to share photos in front of city hall and government buildings by posting selfies on social media platforms using the hashtag #CityHallSelfie. The event is organized by the 4,800-member Engaging Local Government Leaders (ELGL) professional association.

The city of Winter Garden is taking the celebration a step further by offering $50 Visa gift cards for the best selfies. Participants are eligible if they upload their selfies to wintergardenexperience.com/cityhallselfieday. Check the link for prize categories, rules and further details.
