A crane toppled into a Baldwin Park house Tuesday afternoon, ripping the roof in half.

“It sounded like a big boom,” said Baldwin Park resident Nina Brodict. “…I jumped up immediately and looked from the back window and we could see it.”

The house on Lower Park Road appears to have been in the middle of construction when the crane fell and stuck itself in the second story. Orlando Fire Department officials said no one was injured from the crash and that a second crane will be able to remove the first.
