Demonstration snarls traffic in Windermere

Orange County Sheriff's Office officials advised avoiding the area.

A demonstration caused traffic problems in the town of Windermere Friday, June 12.

According to Orange County Sheriff's Office reports, a demonstration on Conroy Windermere Road between Apopka Vineland Road and Main Street disrupted the flow of traffic. Sheriff's Office officials advised avoiding the area.

The demonstration took place while the weekly Windermere Farmers Market was held downtown.
