Dr. Phillips wins, CFCA loses in the regional finals

Dr. Phillips moves one step closer to defending its state championship after a 42-39 win over Windermere.

In what was a hotly-anticipated rematch between Dr. Phillips and Windermere, the game more than lived up to its heavyweight billing. 

The game was tightly contested throughout, but the Panthers pulled ahead at the end to defeat the Wolverines 42-39. They now advance to the state semifinals for a chance to return to the state championship final. 

CFCA's run came to an end against Orlando Christian Prep, losing by a score of 65-50.
