Wharton-Smith Inc. Construction Group is notifying residents of early morning concrete placement at the West Orange Relief High School.

The placement will begin at 3 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, Tuesday, May 10 and Thursday, May 12. Efforts will be made to mitigate the noise, according to Wharton-Smith Inc. Construction Group.

In the case of inclement weather, concrete placement will be rescheduled to the following morning.

Neighboring residents with questions or concerns about the concrete placement are advised to call (407) 986-9191.

The relief high school site, located at 5523 Winter Garden-Vineland Road, Windermere, will relieve local schools, including West Orange High School, which has more than 1,000 students over its 2,994-student capacity.

The school is scheduled to open in time for the 2017-2018 school year.
