Here is what is most frustrating about a diet where you are eating right and working out on a daily basis. As most know, muscle weighs more than fat. So while I'm eating really heathy comparatively, I am not losing any weight. In fact today I stepped on the scale and after going down a few pounds last week, I am not back up one pound.

BUT what I can tell you is I feel really good. I'm also feeling really great about the way my body is responding. I can already see where I am starting to tone up a bit and my trouble areas (arms and stomach) seem to be trimming down already! I guess this is why my mom doesn't believe in using a scale with her clients. Also I put on a skirt for work this morning that I always wear and I have been messing with it all day to keep it in the right place. It is too big.

Here is what is on the menu today. I know I stick to the basics, but you should really explore other healthy foods. With the two little ones around, I don't have a whole lot of time to cook up some amazing low-calorie dish.

Meal 1: Whole Wheat Toast with all Natural Peanut Butter and Banana

Meal 2: Metafast Peanut Butter Bar

Meal 3: Turkey, One Slice of Wheat toast and a sunrise sunset smoothie (no sugar)

Meal 4: 2 hard boiled eggs

Meal 5: 8 Ounces Chicken and Grilled Vegetables

Meal 6: Chocolate Milk

Workout: Dance Routine Workout!
