Have a coffee with Koontz

Oakland’s town manager is eager to meet and talk to residents.

The town of Oakland is hosting another “Coffee with the Town Manager” from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, at Oakland Presbyterian Church, 218 E. Oakland Ave.

Town Manager Steve Koontz is inviting the community to sip coffee and spend the hour in conversation to learn more about town services and programs. Residents can ask questions and share their thoughts and ideas.

The coffee events are held the third Thursday of the month at various locations around town.
