Hawkers launches Lanterns of Love campaign

Hawkers will be giving back to the community for the month of July.

The restaurant has kicked off its Lanterns of Love campaign to benefit Easterseals Florida. Five Hawkers locations, including the one in Windermere, will be collecting donations for Easterseals until July 31. Donations are recognized with a lantern that will be hung on display in the restaurants.

Those interested in contributing can make their donations at checkout at the restaurant. Guests can also donate by simply telling their server to round up their bill to the nearest dollar amount.

Easterseals is a nonprofit organization that provides services, education, advocacy and outreach to children and adults with disabilities. Thanks to the generosity of its guests, Hawkers was able to raise more than $4,000 for Easterseals last year.
