The home at 11319 N. Camden Commons Drive, Windermere, sold Oct. 8, for $870,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 3,322 square feet of living area. Days on market: 83.

TUSCANY RIDGE
The home at 9020 Tavolini Terrace, Windermere, sold Oct. 7, for $850,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths and 4,202 square feet of living area. Days on market: Five.

WINDERMERE

The home at 827 Main St., Windermere, sold Oct. 4, for $300,000. Built in 1947, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 780 square feet of living area. Days on market: 133.

WHITNEY ISLES AT BELMERE
The home at 1451 Whitney Isles Drive, Windermere, sold Oct. 7, for $651,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,938 square feet of living area. Days on market: Three.
