This week is the last week for locals to donate to a senior in need at the Life Care Center of Orlando's annual holiday event.

The rehabilitation center's "Stockings for Seniors" event helps brighten the season for the location's seniors who may not otherwise receive a holiday gift.

To get involved, participants must first purchase a holiday stocking.

Next, participants must fill the stocking with items from the Seniors First Wish List, found here, which includes personal care items like shampoo or lotion as well as cleaning tools like sanitizer and disinfecting wipes.

Stockings should then be labeled "male" or "female."

Donations can be dropped off at a variety of locations listed here

Some of the locations in West Orange include Azpira at Windermere, Inspired Living in Ocoee, Serenades at West Orange and The Blake at Hamlin.

The last day for donations is Tuesday, Nov. 30.
