Month-long art celebration Art31 returns

Art31 is back for its third year as the most experimental and collaborative art festival in Florida. Art31 is a series of daily March exhibits and art happenings that honors the Art & History Museums-Maitland Maitland Art Center's history as the Research Studio.

The centerpiece of Art31, “Material World: Glass, Rubber and Paper,” explores organic forms in a diverse media created by contemporary artists from both coasts installed inside A&H's Maitland Art Center galleries and throughout the National Historic Landmark campus. This exhibition, presented by Dorman Financial Management, runs March 4 through May 1, and features works by Dale Chihuly, Jason Hackenwerth, Lorrie Fredette, and Paige Smith.
