City Council Meeting Recap

The City Council met on Jan. 10, at 6:30 p.m.

The consent agenda was approved as presented:

• Approval of the City Council meeting minutes of Monday, Dec. 12, 2016

• Receipt of the Lakes Advisory Board meeting minutes of Nov. 16, 2016

• Resolution - General Municipal Election - March 14, 2017

• Lift Station No. 4 Rehabilitation Design

• Purchase of Diesel Exhaust Filtration Systems

• Approval of Change Order for Casing Pipe Design Under I-4

• Resolution – Classifying North Independence Lane Properties as Government Facility/Other

• Resolution – Classifying 301 S. Maitland Ave. as Government Facility/Other

• Sidewalk Easement for 640 S. Orlando Ave.

The following decision items were considered and approved:

• Appointment – Fiscal Advisory Board

• Appointments – Lakes Advisory Board

• Petition No. 2016-01 (SPR), Minnehaha Park Viewing Deck

• Ordinance – City of Maitland Wetland Protection

• Brand Expansion – Citywide

• City Clerk annual evaluation
