Oakland Town Commission to meet tonight

The Town Commission meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12, at the Oakland Meeting Hall.

The Oakland Town Commission will hold its regular meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12, at the Oakland Meeting Hall, 221 N. Arrington St. It also can be accessed virtually.

Commissioners will discuss legislative priorities and consider an ordinance for pass-through of development review fees and a resolution for the Tractor Supply Starr Street commercial plat.

The consent agenda includes out-of-field teacher assignments, a right of way agreement for Oakland Presbyterian Church, the impact fee schedule for Starr Street, and the Town Commission holiday meeting schedule for November and December.
