The Ocoee High School gym will host an alumni basketball game, three-point contest and slam dunk contest Saturday, May 21, as part of the The B.O.B. Memorial Classic. The festivities will also include food, drink and raffles.

The event raises money for the Bob Deronvil Memorial Scholarship, which honors the memory of former Ocoee High basketball player Bob Deronvil. The scholarship benefits one male and one female athlete each year.

Deronvil passed away in 2011 while playing a recreational game of basketball at Northwood University in West Palm Beach, where the former standout for the Knights was considering walking-on for the varsity basketball team.

Admission is $5, and the doors open for the event at 5 p.m.
