The city of Ocoee is assisting restaurants in reopening and is relaxing its regulations to encourage outdoor seating. The city is not charging for the permit that is required for this type of seating.

Outside seating will be allowed for a period of 30 days or until full seating is allowed by the state of Florida.

The Ocoee Restaurant Outdoor Dining program has issued its requirements for restaurants who open for outdoor dining. Restaurants can use parking spaces for seating but must place a temporary physical barrier between tables and available parking spaces. They must comply with all fire department and state health department regulations, and they must maintain the area.

Regulations pertaining to outdoor entertainment are not affected by this order.
