OCPS approves salary increase for school-based administrators

Employees must be actively employed with OCPS in order to receive the 6% salary increase.

The Orange County Public School board approved a 6% salary increase for school-based administrators, administrative and technical personnel, executive management and food service managers during its July 26 meeting. 

In order to qualify for the approved salary increase, employees must have been employed as of Jan. 15, 2022, and must currently be active in their respective positions at OCPS. 

According to the agenda, the fiscal impact in regards to the administrator technical positions, school-based administrators and executive management increase “is approximately $7,366,112 inclusive of benefits.” 

When it comes to the food service manager salary increase, the fiscal impact is approximately $661,158 inclusive of benefits.
