Following confusion regarding the location of Orange County’s newest COVID-19 testing site, Orange County Public Schools reminded the community that testing is taking place at the former Clarcona Elementary School.

OCPS sent out a memo Tuesday, Aug. 10, after citizens began showing up to Prairie Lake Elementary School — 8723 Hackney Prairie Road — thinking it was the county testing site.

The correct location is the former Clarcona Elementary site at 3607 Damon Road, Apopka. OCPS added that this site is not being operated by OCPS.
