Orange County deputy arrested on child porn charge

ORANGE COUNTY – An Orange County deputy was arrested on Thursday, April 19, and charged with receipt of child pornography, according to a news release from the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

The deputy, Kevin Michael Hutchinson, 35, was arrested by the United States Immigration Customs Enforcement and Homeland Security Investigations.

Hutchinson has been employed by OCSO since August 2016 and was assigned to Sector 4 patrol – a patrol area that stretches from the city limits of Orlando south to Kissimmee. If convicted, Hutchinson faces a mandatory minimum sentence of five years.
