Orange County to vote on Horizon West subdivision

A new subdivision in Horizon West’s Village I could be taking another step forward Tuesday, March 24.

The Orange County Board of County Commissioners will take a vote regarding Spring Grove — Jaffers Planned Development/Phase 3 at its March 24 meeting.

This request is to subdivide 65.98 acres in order to construct 169 single-family residential dwelling units. The subject property is generally located south of Flemings Road and west of Avalon Road.
