Orlando Health announced the suspension of volunteer services and valet parking during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The system for requesting medical records will also be changed in order to maintain a safe environment for patients, guests and team members.

Effective immediately, the changes are as follows:

VOLUNTEER SERVICES

The hospital will temporarily suspend volunteer services throughout all Orlando Health facilities, which includes the pet therapy volunteers.

VALET PARKING

This service will be temporarily discontinued on all campuses across Central Florida, except for Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies.

MEDICAL RECORDS

After completing a release form, patients can access medical records via telephone and email. Requests for these records must be made via mail, email or by fax. To download the release form, visit bit.ly/2WWZqZ1. Patients may also call (321) 841-4449 or email [email protected] for more information. No fee will be charged for medical records at this time.
