WINDERMERE — Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers has hired Christopher Cleary as land acquisition manager of its Central Florida division and Michael Ryan as assistant project manager at Toll Brothers at Bellária, a private estate home community in Windermere.

Cleary brings more than 10 years of experience in real-estate development, consulting and sales. He most recently was a development associate at an Orlando real-estate development firm, where he executed sales, leasing and market research. Cleary also held a position as a sales and analyst associate at a Winter Park real-estate consulting and brokerage firm, where he specialized in acquisitions. Cleary received his MBA from Rollins College and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond.

Ryan joins Toll Brothers with more than 15 years of expertise in the construction industry. He previously worked as project manager for a construction company in Longwood. There, he supervised and coordinated project field construction teams’ day-to-day activities. Ryan received his master’s degree in construction management from Drexel University and his bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University.

“Toll Brothers continues to seek opportunities to grow its presence in the Orlando area,” said André Vidrine, Toll Brothers Central Florida Division vice president.

Toll Brothers’ Central Florida communities include Casabella at Windermere and Toll Brothers at Bellária, also in Windermere.

Casabella at Windermere is a gated, single-family, luxury home community in the prestigious Orlando suburb. Priced from the $800,000s, homes at Casabella at Windermere range in size from about 4,400 to 6,900 square feet.

Toll Brothers at Bellária, a private community in Windermere surrounded by the Butler Chain of Lakes, encompasses elegant estate homes with grand foyer entrances, coffered ceilings, crown molding and paver driveways. With just a few home sites remaining, Bellária offers expansive home sites three-quarter acres or larger from the $700,000s to over $1 million.

Additionally, Toll Brothers will open Royal Cypress Preserve, an exclusive, gated community of 206 single-family homes in West Orange County, in early 2015. The company also recently announced Lakeshore by Toll Brothers, a luxury community that will feature 365 single-family homes and townhomes in West Orange County’s Horizon West. Lakeshore by Toll Brothers is slated to open summer 2015.
