ORLANDO — Luxury-home builder Toll Brothers recently announced the promotion of André Vidrine to senior vice president of its Central Florida division. The division also recently welcomed Sean Walsh as assistant project manager.

Vidrine, who previously served as division vice president, oversees all management, acquisitions, site planning and development, home designs, sales and marketing operations for Toll Brothers in Central Florida.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Vidrine was the residential project manager for a 7,000-acre master-planned community in Orlando and previously served as regional director of land development for Toll Brothers, responsible for Central and West Florida, Georgia and Charlotte, North Carolina. His experience also includes seven years of experience working for engineering firms; Vidrine is a professionally licensed engineer.

Walsh joins Toll Brothers with experience in finance with a background working as a commercial-banking portfolio support specialist and credit-program underwriter. He received his MBA from the University of Central Florida and his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Auburn University.

“André’s commitment to Central Florida and passion for creating outstanding communities is shown by the company’s tremendous growth and success in the area this past year,” said Ken Thirtyacre, Toll Brothers Florida Central Division president. “We are pleased to continue to expand our team and promote those who are dedicated to building homes with extraordinary quality and value.”

Toll Brothers’ Central Florida communities include Casabella at Windermere, Toll Brothers at Bellária, also in Windermere, and Royal Cypress Preserve in Southwest Orlando.

Casabella at Windermere is a gated, single-family, luxury home community in the prestigious Orlando suburb. Priced from the $800,000s, homes at Casabella at Windermere range in size from approximately 4,400 to 6,900 square feet.

Toll Brothers at Bellária, a private community in Windermere surrounded by the Butler Chain of Lakes, features estate homes with grand foyer entrances, coffered ceilings, crown molding and paver driveways. Bellária offers expansive home sites three-quarter acres or larger from the $800,000s to more than $1 million.

Toll Brothers recently opened Royal Cypress Preserve, an exclusive, gated community of 206 single-family homes in Southwest Orlando. The company also recently announced Lakeshore, a new luxury community in West Orange County’s Horizon West. Lakeshore is slated to open late 2015.
