Visitors to the Windermere Farmers Market once again will have to wear masks — regardless of whether they have been vaccinated.

The decision by the Town of Windermere comes the day after Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings declared a local state of emergency following an increase in COVID-19 cases.

In addition to the farmers market, Windermere's order also applies to visitors to all town facilities and functions, which include but are not limited to:

• Town Administration Building
• Windermere Police Department
• Windermere Public Works
• Windermere Town Hall (rentals and meetings)
• Windermere Farmers Market
