Local basketball players looking for a chance to learn more about the game have the chance to do just that at the Well Basketball Camp, which will take place for two weeks toward the end of July.

The camp, held at the Well Activity Center in Apopka, will take place July 20-23 and July 27-30, and feature instruction from Well operations manager and former Wekiva High School star Miles Dargan, Ocoee High School basketball coach John "Sarge" Siers, and Apopka High School head coach Scott Williams.

"Both Coach Siers and Coach Williams have run camps for over the past 25 years and bring a wealth of experience and genuine care to the camp,” Dargan said.

“Having run camps all over the country for nearly 3 decades, I’m really looking forward to running one here in my own backyard,” Siers said.

Each session of camp is $80 if pre-registered by the Friday prior to camp and $90 at the door. For information about the camp or to register your child, contact Coach Williams by email ([email protected]) or by phone (863-521-1120).
