The 5K and 10K will celebrate its 20th anniversary this weekend.
It's time to welcome back the annual Windermere Run Among the Lakes 5K and 10K.
The race is celebrating its 20th anniversary Saturday, Oct. 16, in downtown Windermere.
Participants can experience one of Florida's most beautiful and unique runs this Saturday, Oct. 16. The races will begin at Windermere's at about 7 a.m. at Town Hall, 520 Main St.
The scenic run courses travel the dirt roads of the Town of Windermere, under a canopy of century old oaks and along several lakes.
The family friendly event will benefit the Town of Windermere's Parks and Recreation.
All runners will receive a custom T-shirt and a finisher medal.
