WINTER GARDEN The site plan of the proposed Culver’s at 13575 Colonial Drive will come before Winter Garden commissioners tonight.

Culver’s, a chain known for its custard and butter burgers, will operate at the corner of  South Dillard Street and West Colonial Drive, along with a Wawa.

Winter Garden city staff recommends that commissioners tonight will approve the site plan, which includes the plan to install asphalt drive lines, a driveway leading to Colonial Drive, a landscaped median, utilities, parking and landscaping improvements. The building isn’t included in this approval.

Commissioners will also appoint two Winter Garden residents to fill two seats on the Code Enforcement and Nuisance Abatement Board. The terms of the members who currently hold those seats is set to expire June 30.
