Congratulations Purchasing Division!

The award was established to recognize organizational excellence in procurement and acknowledge agencies that meet or exceed benchmarks and best practices in the procurement profession. Winter Park is one of only 13 agencies to receive the award in the state of Florida. Congratulations!

Dinner on the Avenue

Although all the reserved tables are sold out, if you have never witnessed the colors, creativity and energy of Dinner on the Avenue, this is a must-see social event of the year. From 6 until 10 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, approximately 150 tables and 1,200 diners will be wildly decorated along Park Avenue between New England Avenue and Morse Boulevard. Attendees create themes for their tables and themselves that range from “I Love Lucy,” to Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory, to the roaring ‘20s. Park Avenue becomes an eclectic mix of our world’s most memorable decades, movies and television shows intertwined with elegance, creativity and a rainbow of colors. Special thanks to all the city employees that help put this fantastic event together for the past 12 years!
