Work continues on Lake Buena Vista High

Lake Buena Vista High School founding Principal Dr. Guy Swenson announced via Twitter the new Southwest Orange school received its naming signage on the building.

Lake Buena Vista High School founding Principal Dr. Guy Swenson announced via Twitter the new Southwest Orange school received its naming signage on the building.

The signage is the latest in a flurry of activity at the new school. Swenson also announced Bill Cunningham as Lake Buena Vista’s director of bands and orchestras.

The school also will host Viper Football Meetings at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 1, at Dr. Phillips High School, 6500 Turkey Lake Road, Orlando; 6 p.m. Monday, April 5, at Freedom High School, 2500 W. Taft Vineland Road, Orlando; and at 6 p.m. virtually Thursday, April 8.
