Mary Margaret Bryant, beloved mother, friend and grandmother, passed away peacefully after 92 years of life the morning of Friday, March 18, 2011. She was the cherished wife of 50 years to the late Hal Bryant; a loving and unfailing mother to daughters Kathy Gwin and Barbara Reid, as well as to their spouses, Mike Gwin and David Reid; and a sweet, generous grandmother to Katie Gwin, Michelle Blanchard and Patrick and Molly Reid, all of whom survive her. Daughter of the late Mary and Bob Boussum, she is also survived by her sister Lucille Morgan and countless other friends and relatives. In her longtime residence of Winter Park, Fla., as well as her more recent home of Tyler, Texas, Margaret was affectionately known for her tremendous kindness, good humor and joie de vivre. She was a devoted parishioner of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Tyler. A gracious hostess, she loved to entertain friends and family over meals, parties or a game of bridge. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered as a wonderfully loving woman who treasured her friends and family. A Requiem Mass was held March 21. Her earthly remains will join those of her dear husband in eternal rest in the Florida National Cemetery.
