On March 5, Appetite for the Arches returns to Orlando with unique food served with a twist — every dish uses McDonald's ingredients. What can 14 of the city's top chefs do to turn Golden Arches food into haute cuisine? There's one way to find out.
"It's great to have a chef community here that really wants to get involved," Cask & Larder's James Petraikis said.
The event raises money every year for Ronald McDonald House, which helps house families next to hospitals while children are there for procedures and hospitalizations.
The unique event will allow guests to enjoy an assortment of culinary delights. It's food, wine pairings, specialty cocktails, live music and a silent auction, all under one roof.
This free-flowing event, which takes place from 7-10 p.m. at the Orlando World Center Marriott, will provide an opportunity for guests to mix and mingle with friends, as well as the participating chefs.
Chefs will be there from:
