The sounds of the holidays filled downtown Winter Park on Sunday afternoon as the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra performed “Sounds of the Season” to a large crowd at Central Park.
Under the direction of guest conductor Paul Hostetter, the Orchestra performed a variety of old and new holiday classics like “The Nutcracker” and “White Christmas.”
They were also joined by vocalists Shawn Kilgore and Gloria Rice, who sang alongside the Orchestra on multiple pieces.
The performance was the kick off to a busy holiday week for the City, which includes a tree lighting ceremony and visit from Santa on Friday, and a parade on Saturday.
