Morse Museum’s 33rd Christmas in the Park on Dec. 1 featured eight Tiffany windows and Bach Festival Choir. Christmas at the Casa was held on Thursday, Dec. 1, at Casa Feliz and featured hot cocoa and Santa photos.

A special Holiday Pops concert performed by the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra took place Sunday, Nov. 27, at 4 p.m., in beautiful Central Park. Guest conductor Albert George Schram led the Philharmonic along with the Holiday Singers and the Florida Opera Theatre Youth Program Singers.

On a bright, crisp Friday afternoon, Veteran’s Day 2011, Winter Park High School’s Junior ROTC and Color Guard paid tribute to more than a dozen veterans at Easter Seals Day Break at the Miller Center in Winter Park with a half hour performance showcasing their drill and marching skills.

The original Barnie’s location on Park was remodeled and re-branded as flagship Barnie’s CoffeeKitchen. It officially opened on Nov. 8.

Cows ‘n Cabs, benefiting Collation for the Homeless, Community Food and Outreach Center, and Winter Park Y Scholarship Fund, featured a hula hoop contest, wine tastings and auctions on Oct. 22.
