The annual event raises funds for the organization’s mission of creating a literate Central Florida community.
Wining and dining among the dinosaurs, taking selfies with Bo Outlaw and bidding at the silent auction were just a few fun things guests at the 12th annual Reading Between the Lines got to enjoy. The annual fundraising event, held at the Orlando Science Center on Thursday, April 17, is always a hit with supporters of the Adult Literacy League. Guests enjoyed bites and beverages from local restaurants and a presentation and discussion with Gilbert King, moderated by Scott Maxwell. Proceeds go toward ensuring the Adult Literacy League’s mission of helping the community become more literate continues.
