Dr. Phillips, Winter Garden 11-year-olds square off for District 14 Championship

The Dr. Phillips and Winter Garden 11-year-old All-Star teams took the field on July 2 at Winter Garden Little League with the District 14 Championship on the line.

Dr. Phillips would emerge victorious, 5-1, behind strong pitching from Noah Sullivan and an early home run by Nick Ierubino to get things going on offense.

Dr. Phillips will represent District 14 at Sectionals this coming weekend at East Orange Little League in Bithlo.
